Fair play, from the start.

These draft terms explain the intended $35 digital-product service. They must be finalized for the operating business before launch.

The product

One purchase covers a 24-character set, up to two successful regenerations per portrait, and a two-page red and blue PDF sized at 245 × 188 mm with no bleed or crop marks.

Photo permissions

Customers confirm that they have permission to use all photographs they upload and that a parent or guardian has authorized photographs of minors.

Regenerations

Only successful replacement portraits use a regeneration allowance. Technical and safety failures do not consume one. Regeneration allowances cannot be transferred between portraits.

Printing

Customers must print the file at 100% scale. Printer settings, equipment variations and third-party print services are outside our control.

Refunds and support

Refund eligibility should account for the personalized digital nature of the product and applicable consumer law. Contact support promptly if a set cannot be completed or downloaded.
