Your photos are personal.

Guess You uses uploaded photographs only to create the custom portraits and printable set you request.

What we collect

We store your account identity, order details, names you enter, uploaded photographs, generated portraits and payment status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Guess You. Support messages previously sent through the website may also be retained. New WhatsApp support messages are handled through WhatsApp rather than stored as Guess You support tickets.

How photographs are used

Photographs are kept in private object storage and sent to our image generation provider solely to create your portraits. They are not displayed publicly or sold.

Your responsibility

You must have permission to upload every photograph. A parent or guardian must authorize photographs of children.

Retention and deletion

Production launch settings will define an automatic deletion period for source photographs. You may contact support at any time to request deletion of your set and associated personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

Security

Access controls, private storage, server-side API credentials, verified payment webhooks and short-lived authenticated downloads are used to protect your data.
